One of the best parts about Somerset Alabang is it’s proximity to great restaurants and shopping malls. Whether you’re looking for a quick bite or a shopping spree, everything is just a stone’s throw away.

BUNGALOW CAFE

Bungalow is located in Molito Lifestyle Center, which is a foodie paradise in Alabang, Muntinlupa City. It became wildly popular due to its fluffy, filled doughnuts and some healthy salads.

You can also have any meal at Bungalow. My favorites there are salads and burger. I remember they have so many different kinds of salads. Another favorite is the Burger. It has a 100% beef patty that’s thick and juicy, sandwiched between two soft and chewy potato buns. The veggies add crispness, the cheese has a nice funk, and the fried on the side are super crisp.

To wash down all the food, you can order fresh juices, milkshakes (though that’s heavy), and even cocktails

We were so famished and was so delighted to see the wonderful line-up of goodies at Bungalow. We ordered also their Adobo rice, Eggs Benedict and Maple-Blueberry and Ricotta Pancakes so we could taste and share everything since they had big servings.

ANGRY ADOBO

The food selection is like other typical Filipino restaurants, but the difference lies on the prime focus on 'Adobo'. After all, that's what comes into mind from the name of the restaurant itself. Also, what may peak the interesting are the sizzling bowls or aptly called 'Angry Bowls'. 

For those who are trying to avoid meat, a good alternative is their Angrydobo Tofu (P215). It had this savory sauce marked with subtle sweetness. The fresh chili garlic condiment goes perfectly with this dish and made the taste more katakamtakam.

WILD FLOUR

Wildflour Café + Bakery offers world-class brunch and bistro dishes, desserts and pastries cooked and baked fresh in-house, along with an extensive coffee, wine and liquor selection, with a one-of-a-kind homey ambience, and served with utmost quality day-in and day-out. Wild flour is located at West Gate alabang.

PICK UP COFFEE

Coffee doesn't tend to come cheap, at least not beyond the instant ready-to-mix stuff (no shame in those!). But pick up coffee launched in February of 2022, challenges that idea with their decent quality yet affordable brews. Today, it stands tall amid a crowded industry, growing from one location to nearly 200 in two short years.

The pick up coffee menu has everything from classic caffeinated sips to more one of a kind concoctions, including seasonal drinks perfect for the holidays.
